2. Processing Times

 

All orders are carefully reviewed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 3business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

      Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

      Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Please factor in both when estimating your delivery date.

      During peak seasons, sales, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. We will always communicate any significant delays.

 

📌 Good to Know

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or the following U.S. federal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery Estimate

 

Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days from order placement.

Delivery timeframe is not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.

 

 

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

 

We take great care in packaging every order. In the rare event that something goes wrong in transit, here is how we will make it right:

Lost Packages

      If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any designated delivery locations.

      If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date.

      We will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

      If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery date.

      Please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging in your message — this helps us process your claim quickly.

      Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience.

 

📩 How to Reach Us

For lost or damaged package claims, email us at management@cattlecollection.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

 

 

5. Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

 

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Accurate address information is essential for timely delivery.

      Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

      If you realize you have entered an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at management@cattlecollection.com. We will do our best to make changes before shipment, but this cannot be guaranteed.

      If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal of the package, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees incurred.

      Cattle Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. In such cases, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund for the order.

      Original shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a returned package due to address error.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

 

While we strive to ship our full product range to as many locations as possible, some limitations apply:

      We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we are unable to fulfill the requested destination.

      If you are unsure whether a specific product can be shipped to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
